This ministry began with the name Christian Youth Evangelism Network in the year 2001 at Enchi Dadieso in western part of Ghana as an interdenominational ministry with about 30 Christian borther and sister of Enchi Dadieso - Ghana and 10 people from Aboaso- Bianua - Ivory Coast respectively. I was by then serving as a missionary at Christian Life Evangelistic Ministry.
The name was changed to PERISHING SOULS CARE – in the year 2004 and was registered at Kumasi Social Welfare Department in the year 2004 as a Non Governmental Organization.
In the year 2004 I had the opportunity to serve as the pastor in charge of Administration at REVIVAL LIFE OUTREACH CHURCH. I therefore dropped this vision in order to support the church with my best ability. I served in the position of Pastor in charge of Administration till year 2007 when I was repositioned to head the LIFE DEVELOPMENT SCHOOL of REVIVAL LIFE OUTREACH CHURCH – LAKE ROAD COMMUNITY, as the pastor in charge of CHRISTIAN EDUCATION.
I was prompted to use the name APOSTOLIC MISSIONS INCORPORATED in February, 2008 one morning while I was praying for my call as a missionary.
Subsequently, in April 2008 in a night dream I found myself in a desert and was desperately in search of the road map leading to the nearby town. I heard a voice “look beneath the rock ahead of you”. As I looked under the rock, I found a paper full of maps and in the centre of the paper were four flags. The flags were that of Ghana, USA, Canada and South Africa. I heard a voice saying “Look around you! Vast fields are ripening all around us and are ready now for the harvest. The harvesters are paid good wages, and the fruit they harvest is people brought to eternal life. What joy awaits both the planter and the harvester alike! You know the saying, ‘One person plants and someone else harvests.’ And it’s true. I sent you to harvest where you didn’t plant; others had already done the work, and you will gather the harvest.” – John 4: 35 – 38.
For clarification sake, I still belong to REVIVAL LIFE OUTREACH CHURCH until when I will be fully commissioned by the APOSTOLIC COUNCIL of Revival Life Outreach Church as a missionary.
“Once an apostle is released, we will see the release of thousands of pastors within the local church”. – Apostle Dr. John Eckhardt’s 2005 book entitled “Shift in Leadership from Pastoral to Apostolic”
If leaders do not move into new positions, they will die spiritually within the four walls of the church. They will experience dryness, and their ministries will become a routine. They will be unhappy and unsatisfied, even though it may look successful outside. On the inside these ministries will feel empty. Many are afraid to transition because they think the church is dependent on them.
This ministry began with the name Christian Youth Evangelism Network in the year 2001 at Enchi Dadieso in western part of Ghana. I was by then serving as a missionary at Christian Life Evangelistic Ministry.
God gave me the vision of establishing an interdenominational Ministry that will bring the Christian Youths in Dadieso and its surrounding communities for the purpose of missions and outreach. I shared the vision with some brothers and Sisters and we gave ourselves to prayer on the issue and finally saw that it was in the right direction to start a ministry as such. We began with 30 Christian brothers and sister in Enchi Dadieso – Ghana and 10 in Aboaso Bianua – Ivory Coast respectively.
As time went on, we saw that the people we were sharing Christ with does received Christ but were jobless and most of them were poor farmers and even find it difficult to meet the basic needs of their family.
We changed the name to PERISHING SOULS CARE – in the year 2004. It was registered at Kumasi Social Welfare Department in the year 2004 as a Non Governmental Organization.

This ministry began as Christian Youth Evangelism Network in the year 2001 at Enchi Dadieso in western part of Ghana. I was by then serving as a missionary and a church planter with Christian Life Evangelistic Ministry.
God gave me the vision of establishing an inter - denominational Ministry which will bring the Youth and those who have the heart beat to share Christ with others. With much prayer and the leading of the Holy Spirit, I shared this vision with some brothers and Sisters, and that was the beginning. We began with about 30 Christian brothers and sister in Enchi Dadieso – Ghana and 10 in Aboaso Bianua – Ivory Coast respectively.
As time went on, we realized that the people we were sharing Christ with does received Christ but were jobless and most of which were poor farmers and even find it difficult to cloth and give themselves better shelter and afford their children’s education.
We change our household name Christian Youth Evangelism Network to PERISHING SOULS CARE – in the year 2004. This ministry was serving as Missionary Network whose mission was to meet the social needs of the people and serve in orphanages. It was registered with the Kumasi Social Welfare in the year 2004 as a Non Governmental Organization.
Sooner did I know, God took me away from Christian Life Evangelistic Ministry in the western Ghana to Kumasi - REVIVALLIFEOUTREACHCHURCH in the year 2004 to serve as the Pastor in Charge of Administration. This was a great challenge for me and the team since I need to change my environment and moving away from the rest of the team in the Western Region.
Joining a new church and taking a new position was a big challenge, so I dropped this vision in order to see to it that I support the church with my best ability.
I was finally prompted by the Holy Spirit to use the name APOSTOLIC MISSIONS INCORPORATED in February, 2008 one morning while I was praying for my call as a missionary and missionary’s trainer.
Subsequently, in April 2008 in a night dream I found myself in a desert and was desperately in search of the road map leading to the near by town. As I walk further, I heard a voice “look beneath the rock ahead of you”. As I look under the rock, I found a paper inscribed with maps and in the middle of it were four flags.
This has given us a clear picture of our operational Zone. This has made our call very clear and unique
To make it very clear, I still belong to REVIVALLIFEOUTREACHCHURCH and for that matter will do my best to help build the church. APOSTOLIC MISSIONS INCORPORATED is presently a semi – autonomous body working under the umbrella of REVIVALLIFEOUTREACHCHURCH until God fully releases me and commissioned by the APOSTOLIC COUNCIL of RevivalLifeOutreachChurch as a missionary.
